When the society enters the 5g era, big data will play an important role. When big data is put on the cloud, Tel can provide services. In the future, the society is developed through services. For example, when earthquake and typhoon occur, we can prevent disasters by using big data. In this big data age, what technology should we support, such as IOT and IOT generating big data, existing it on the cloud, analyzing it through AI, realizing visualization and feedback, is such a process. In the 5g era, people need a display with high quality and multi-function flexibility, and also very low power. We will have various innovations and breakthroughs in technology, such as OLED, QLD, and microled. In the future, not only for imaging, but also for structure and materials, we need some new breakthroughs and innovations, and then produce updated equipment.

First, mobile terminal, Tel has a fine circuit design pattern, OLED production and mobile terminal display. It realizes the quality of 600ppi, and its structure is more and more complex. In the future, it will be high precision and smaller. In this way, it will not have enough space. Therefore, we need some new innovations. Considering its power consumption, igzo will be put in, and the performance of oxide and semiconductor will be further improved, including etching analysis technology, etc. This is the TFT related demand, how to make this picture more balanced, there is no unbalanced phenomenon, there is also an angle, to control the angle, and more high precision after the need for further technology to support.

In addition, in the field of dry etching, this is the last part of this process. Sometimes, it can not be modified by dry etching. We discuss with the customer to put the photoresist shape at the end and then repair it with dry etching. So if you want to be more precise in the future, you still need the top lighting, and the ink-jet OLED is more suitable. In order to achieve high precision, Tel needs not only to improve its quality, but also to improve the hardware precision.
